Haworth Zody Task Chair – Black

The Haworth Zody task chair is an ergonomic office chair designed by ITO Design with Michael Welsh for Haworth. It’s a long-running commercial chair used widely in corporate and government offices and is known for its comfortable movement and dependable everyday performance.

A key feature of the Haworth Zody task chair is its synchro-tilt mechanism with optional forward tilt. In practice this allows the chair to cradle the body through a wider range of movement than many task chairs, supporting both upright desk work and a more relaxed reclined posture. The forward tilt is particularly useful for people who like to lean into their work at a desk.

It’s also one we rate highly. You’ll see the Haworth Zody task chair in use behind our own counter at the showroom. We have access to a lot of different chairs, but the Zody’s synchro movement and forward tilt give it a very natural sitting feel that many people prefer.
